What Is Happiness
In my opinion, happiness is to have a harmonious relationship with people in our lives.

There are some reasons for my view. First, it is the people in our lives who bring us the most happiness. Family，friends and co-workers, who are part of our inner circle, can share our experiences, hopes and dreams, successes and frustrations, joys and pains. Second, selfishness is a major block to happiness. To live life only for ourselves will bring us nothing but sadness and misery. Thus, the unconditional love we have for the people in our lives and they unconditional love for us is the essence of happiness.
我的觀點理由有三:首先，正是我們生活中的那些人給我們帶來最多幸福時光。家庭、朋友和同事形成了我們的內部交流圈，能夠與我們分享經歷、希望和夢想、成功與挫折、歡樂與苦痛。其次，自私是幸福的主要障礙。為自己而活，只能帶給我們悲傷和痛苦，除此之外什么也沒有。因此，我們和生活中那些人之間的無條件的愛就是幸福的本質。
In a word, I truly believe that the happiest people are those who get along well with others and love many things, keep a good mood in their lives. They have their own way to enjoy and appreciate the world. They love their children, family and friends . They love both sunrises and sunsets. The most important is that they know how to share all of these with others.
總之，最幸福的人是那些在生活中與他人和睦相處、心中有愛、保持好心情的人們，我對此深信不疑。他們擁有自己的方式來享受和欣賞世界。他們愛自己的孩子、家庭和朋友。他們既愛日出，也愛日落。最重要的一點是，他們知道如何將所有的這些與他人分享。
