A
Computer hackers(黑客)have now got their hands on mobile phones.
A phone virus(病毒)can 1 your phone do things you have no control over, computer security experts 37 . It might 3 the White House or the police, or forward your personal address book to a marketing company.
Or it could simply eat into the phone’s operating software, turning it 4 and erasing your personal information. Similar viruses have already made mobile phone owners 5 in Japan and Europe.
Ari Hypponen, chief technical officer of a computer security in Finland, said a virus “can get your 41 and send them elsewhere. And it can record your 7

Mobiles are now able to surf the Net, send emails and 8 software, so they are an easy 9 for the same hackers who have sent viruses to computers over the last decade.
“It’s technically 10 now,” said Stephen Trilling, director of research at anti-virus 11 maker Symantec Corp based in the US. “If the phone is connected to the 12 , it can be used to transmit threats and 13 targets, just as any computer can.”
In Japan, if you opened a certain email message 14 your mobile, it would cause the phone to repeatedly 15 the national emergency number. So phone operators had to 16 emergency calls until the bug was 17 .
In Europe, mobile’s short message service,

1. 【解析】C 從四個選項來看,get/force要用帶to的不定式作賓補,而cause的含義與上下文不吻合,用make sb to do sth結構。
4. 【解析】A 是用turn off還是turn on?
6. 【解析】A
14. 【解析】C手機上的信息、電視畫面等都用介詞on,messages on the mobile。
BIt’s a typical Snoopy card: cheerful message, bright colors, though a little yellow and faded now. Although I’ve received fancier, more expensive cards over the years, this is the only one I’ve __1__. One summer, it spoke volumes to me.
I received it __2__ the first June I faced as a widow to raise two teenager daughters alone. In all the emotional confusion of this sudden single __3__, I even had difficulty in the simplest housework: leaky taps, oil changes, even barbecues. Those had always been my husband’s __4__. I was embarrassed every time I __5__ my thumb with a hammer.? My uncertain attempts only __6__ the fear inside me: How could I be both a father and mother to my girls? Clearly, I __7__ the tools and skills.
That morning, my girls pushed me into the living room to see something. (I prayed it wasn’t __8__ repair job.) The ‘something’ turned out to be an __9__ and several wrapped things on the carpet. My __10__ must have been plain as I stared from the colorful packages to my daughters’ __11__ faces.
‘Go ahead! Open them!’ they urged. As I __12__ the packages, I discovered a small barbecue grill(烤架) and all the necessary __13__ including a green kitchen glove.
‘But why?’ I asked.
‘Happy Father’s Day!’ they shouted together.
‘Moms don’t get presents on Father’s Day,’ I said.
‘You forgot to open the __14__,’ Jane reminded. I pulled it from the envelope. There sat Snoopy, merrily wishing me a Happy Father’s Day. ‘Because,’ the girls said, ‘you’ve been a father and mother to us, why shouldn’t you be __15__ on Father’s Day?’
As I fought back tears, I realized they were __16__. I wanted to be a ‘professional’ dad, who had the latest tools. The girls __17__ wanted a parent they could count on to be there, day after day, __18__ repeatedly the tasks of basic care and love.
The girls are grown now, __19__ they still send me Father’s Day cards, but none of those cards means as much to me as that first one. Its simple message told me being a great parent didn’t require any special __20__ at all – just a willing worker.

1.【解析】A
One summer, it spoke volumes to me.
I pulled it from the envelope.
I pulled it from the envelope.
15.【解析】A
Moms don’t get presents on Father’s Day.
17.【解析】A
