日前，經湖南省紀委研究并報湖南省委批準，決定對衡陽破壞選舉案進行立案調查；對涉案的431名黨員和國家工作人員進行黨紀政紀立案；對在調查中發現涉嫌犯罪的人員，移送司法機關審查。
