The Monkey and the Dolphin 猴子與海豚

　　Usually sailors like bringing some pets, so that they can entertain them during the journey. A sailor brings a monkey to sail out. When they reach the strait, the storm attacks them. The ship is struck down by the gale. All the sailors jump into the water to survive. So does the monkey.

　　出海航行的人喜歡帶著一些動物，以供旅行中消遣。有個(gè)海員帶著一只猴子航海，當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)雅典阿提卡的蘇尼翁海峽時(shí)，一場風(fēng)暴突然襲來，船被狂風(fēng)巨浪打翻了，大家都紛紛跳入水中逃生，猴子也機(jī)靈地跳入水中。

　　The dolphin sees the monkey and thinks he is a man, so the dolphin dives under the monkey, holds and sends him to the shore. When they reach a place, the dolphin asks if he is an Athenian, the monkey says: Yes, my ancestor is a noble.

　　海豚看見了它，以為是人，立即鉆到它底下，把它托起來，安全地送往岸邊。到達(dá)雅典海港珀賴歐斯時(shí)，海豚問那猴子是不是雅典人。他回答說：是的，我祖先都是名人顯貴。

　　Then the dolphin asks if he knows this place. The monkey thinks this place is a mans name, so he answers that: Yes, he is a good friend of mine. Being very angry with monkeys lie, the dolphin does not hold the monkey any more, so the monkey drowns.

　　海琢接著又問他知不知道珀賴歐斯。猴子以為海豚所說的也是個(gè)人，所以答道：他是我非常要好的朋友。海豚對猴子的謊話十分氣憤，便不再托住猴子，讓他淹死于海水中。
